The collective practice of instant composing gives room and asks for the development of basic emotional values like trust, acceptation, risk, commitment, humor, respect, and responsible freedom. through a performance conflicts can arise as part of the play based on the ground of agreement amongst players to share this experience.

diverse social situations and personal experiences can harm one´s abiltity to develop this values through life.

we can develop and understand these emotional and social values by understanding how we function as a body-mind unity. Learning about the tools we are given by nature and by conscious practice to affect the world in which we live in a responsible and creative way.

Perception as a tool for transformation

... This means that, although we have learnt that we are who we are, this is not necessarily so. Or, it is so as much as we want, since we are given by nature a greatly adaptable system: our body and mind. The advantage of it is that we can learn to accept and develop our ´self´ by being aware of how it is constructed and in which conditions.

The self (as any reality) only exists because we can perceive its existence. This means that: as our perception of it is changed, our self will be changed as well.

The art of improvisation is a discipline in itself, its practice gives us lots of information on how many ways we can transform our perception of the world we live in. If we can change our perception we can change what we perceive. The art of speech and publicity are based on this fact.
