performance. Instant Composing. we study space, time and body as expressive media, where anything can be said through perceptive action. practicing by doing is the way to tune in with the flow and options given by existing situations. awareness and body-mind togetherness are trained by mapping the way we function through specific excersises. compositional subjects like timing, phrase, memory, meaning, dynamics, space focus and projection in time and space are explored and deconstructed in their communicative potential.

technique. we perceive and imagine to motivate the movement of our bodies-minds-emotions in articulated relationship. volume, gravity, levity, speed, structure, inertia and other essential physical conditions are treated as material for action in time and space. personal practice and curiosity are essential values to this way of working. individual aesthetics are developed just as a result of each individual´s interest and overall conditions, it´s recognition and acceptation are part of the process.

music and dance. we investigate on different ways of perceiving each others tool and their essential differences and affinities. how to enrich the specificity of each instrument while interacting through their different layers. resonance of sound in the space and in the bodies, sound making through movement and each others presence in space are basis for the exploration of interdisciplinary instant composition.

my workshops are based on the practice and deconstruction of dance improvisation and instant composition as creation and communication media.

technique is developed through the study of physiological and intelectual tools, the experience of basic emotional supports as trust, acceptation, risk, humor, commitment, respect, and responsible freedom; and the tangible body moving.

composition and meaning created on time and space by dancers and viewers are experienced by making dances and relating to our perception as a study subject.
